Here at Belle's, we feel that more than anything else, it’s the people that matter most. Our incredible staff are the crown jewels of Belle's Ice Cream. Tracy and I are so humbled when we see them smiling through every situation, and doing everything they can to make sure that our guests have the best experience when they visit. It takes LOTS of HARD work to make a shop like Belle's go, more than just making a Sundae or scooping up a giant waffle cone. Our employees are amazing individuals and we could not be more thrilled to watch all of them grow with us, and fulfill their potential in the future.

We are currently looking for people to fill the following positions on our team:
Ice Cream Scooper, 15-20 hrs per week or
20-25 hrs per week
We are looking for fun, friendly and happy personalities to join the team at Belle's. Duties include serving customers, cleaning/organizing the shop, preparing orders. Flexible schedule working evenings and weekends until school lets out - expanded shift hours during the Summer. Happy and positive attitudes are a must! Ages 16 and older.
